Play Rental Rules

  1. Adult supervision is required at all times.

  2. Soft Play areas are designed for young children.

  3. No food, drinks, gum, or sweets in play area.

  4. Play at your own risk!

  5. NO diving in ball pit

  6. NO pushing, shoving, or rough play

  7. NO shoes, sneakers, flip flops, sandals, or high heels, they will damage the floor and equipment.

  8. NO equipment should be removed from within play area.

  9. NO Paint, stain/mess-prone (i.e., confetti, glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos, face paint etc.) are not allowable in soft play area.

  10. All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets, etc.)

  11. Do not enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems.

  12. Extremely Dirty equipment will be charging a cleanup fee from $150.00 - $300.00.

  13. "Refundable Security Deposit" will not be refunded if ball pit balls are not inside the ball pit, play area must be clear, when we pick up equipment.

.***Security deposit is refunded if the following rules are met:

All ball pit balls must be inside the ball pit, play area must be free of children. No food, drink spills, sweets, no damage, and not extremely dirty.

1. Extremely Dirty Equipment Charge will be debited from the Security Deposit $150 - $300

2. Broken or damage equipment will be debited from security deposit or credit card on file.

3. Each floor damaged with punctures will be charge at $50 for each floor

*Security Deposit payment is due at the time of booking. Security deposit we require a credit card on file until after the PPP employees disassemble the equipment.

Weather

We are able to set up indoors and outdoors, but not in rainy weather, our equipment may become slippery and unsafe for children. We recommend having shade for outdoor set-ups. The equipment does get hot with sun rays. A flat area (Concrete/Asphalt) is best for soft play set ups, but we can set up on any other surface. The fence and ball pit will not be level/stable. For Bounce houses, flat grassy area is best for set up.

We have our very own "Weather Policy." In the event that you have booked for an outdoor event and there is bad weather or there is high chance of bad weather, and your event location does not allow for the soft play equipment to be set up indoors. We will offer you a full refund (not including the booking fee) or offer a alternative date for the current year.

During the winter months. Sidewalks and driveways MUST be clear of snow and ice prior to delivery.

**Our soft playgrounds are designed for crawlers up to five-year-old children. Our Montessori equipment or obstacle courses are designated for ages 2 and up.

Adults may enter the play area, but not sit/play on the equipment (excluding floors mats). They should only be in there to support and supervise the little ones.

Deliveries and Pickup

We offer free delivery to areas in Waukesha County. If outside Waukesha County, a small delivery fee will apply. Please inquire for further information.

We will message you the day before your event to provide a delivery time frame. The person who made the reservation or who made payment must be present during the time of delivery to sign for the rental.

It is required to have a minimum of 2 hour window for delivery and pickup so we can make deliveries and pickups on time, otherwise DELIVERY and PICKUP times cannot be GUARANTEED.

When setting up outside. The location MUST be free of any toys, debris, pet excrement etc. The ground also must be dry and firm. For example, not mush, extremely soft, or soaked from rain or other sources of liquid is not acceptable. This can make the rentals unsafe and extremely dirty.

We provide professional equipment setup and a safe and efficient equipment takedown. Furthermore, a thorough cleaning and disinfection of all the equipment.

For residential deliveries, we usually deliver the day prior to your event and may pick up the day after. If your party is on Saturday, we will deliver Friday at our convenience and pick up Sunday at our Convenience. Our rentals are one calendar day and not a 24-hour period.

For example, if you choose 9am-8pm Saturday we will automatically change delivery for Friday at our convenience and pick up on Sunday at our convenience.

There are no discounts for shorter events Ex: 2 hours. The full amount still applies.

Assemble and Disassembled

Booking Fee

We require $100 booking fee, depending on the items rented. It will be credited towards your invoice. Booking fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel you will receive credit for future event. No exceptions.

You will need to sign a waiver of liability and our rental service contract when booking.

Payment

Payment is due in full 5 days Prior to your event or you may choose to pay in full at time of booking.
